I have plans to auction this on ebay but hope that it is okay to ask for an appraisal.

The shrink wrap is open at the top.

There is writing on the front (or is it the back - the sides that have the picture of the city and the occupations and city locales, etc). Nothing on the other two sides.

There are 11 complete geomorphs and a one-sided cover page with the TSR lizard and the number.

There is damage to the center of the wrap around cover. A slit to the top and the bottom in the center of about an inch to both. There is a half an inch tear at the top of the cover.

I would still expect it to sell for $75-125, perhaps more, since it's a first printing.
