I thought that module L3 Deep Dwarven Delve (found only in the Silver Anniversary box set) was a semi-big ticket item.  The only one I've seen on eBay recently went for $46.  Is that the going rate?  Or was that auction above/below the norm?

L3 has sold for more that $80 on its own. Its juat a matter of timing and luck.

Both L3 (and the set in general) are very fluid, as mentioned above. Maybe you're right, though, and the days of this item getting $80 to $90 are numbered; I remember getting something like $52 for my last one*, which is in the same ballpark as your $46 example.

I don't know. I do know that Cougar sold a few with a £50 reserve. So people were willing to pay that for them.

Agreed. But out of the 5k how many actually have seen the light of day? About 1/4 of all boxed sets are or seem to be still shrinked. Therefore, I am gonna say at most there are around 3-4000 open copies. Then the law of disappearing modules will come into play. So, single copies in the market or that will eventually find a a way to market is even less.
