Thanks - I did do a search on ebay before posting here but came up with no results in either current or recently ended listings.

John is obviously keeping a closer eye on eBay than I thought just now. ;)

fwiw, I thought those auction end prices were a bit low.
Personally, I would've thrown in a higher bid if I felt the "need" to obtain a better condition set than the working one I have at present.

IMHO, wouldn't be at all surprised if someone were to jump at a price of £90-95 should you choose to dangle the set above them at that level.

Or in American money, I'll offer you $125 for the set (assuming they're in real clean shape) and you can skip the eBay fees.  :)

David's right. I was willing to go over £100 for the set in the binders. I got it lower than I expected.


This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Not at all he doth protest.  And not really sure how they ended up on my watch list.  But it doesn't seem that long ago since a full set was lucky to reach £30.

Certainly not a good idea to sell them individually just yet IMO.
