Alright all, I just bought this last week for sh*ts & giggles because it looked interesting and it was only $2.00, but I cannot for the life of me identify it. It is called The Heraldry Guide and states that it is presented by the National Registry of Medieval Roleplayers:

There is absolutely no printing information nor can I find 1 single thing online about it. Has anyone ever seen this before or know exactly what the hell it is?

Sounds like a simple newsletter for what likely is a small community or gaming group in some city. While it looks a bit rare (and likely is) it doesn't sound like a very interesting newsletter per se. Still sounds like a good buy. I am sure everyone has a handful of very unidentifiable items like this amongst their piles of goodies.

I guess I didn't really help any. I just wanted to make a post. :D
