Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the canary yellow booklet here is an "I"...

Which makes me go... "huh"...

My copies are more of a mustard color, but that is Booklet I. Perhaps it is just the lighting of the photograph.

That looks very much like a Judge's Shield. JG Item 28 or at least one of the 3 panels from it.

Edit: No, I just dug up the images of one that I sold last year and the printed text does not match. Color is very similar though.
