I've introduced my Pathfinder friends to the high-quality Judges Guild maps, and I'm building up our Kingmaker adventure path setting on one of the blank maps.

I can color relatively well, but I'm looking for ideas for icons/symbols to draw on the maps for the following:

a) villages
b) towns
c) cities (and/or capital)
d) bridges
e) mines
f) landmark (it would be a generic symbol for various points of interest on the map)
g) farms

Maybe there's a previous JG resource I haven't looked at that already address these items... Thanks!

I tended to keep it simple on my HB maps and kind of followed the Pelinore plan, with different geographic shapes for different sized towns.
A bridge over a river would be -    ] [
Then maybe crosses or whatever was appropriate for the necessary lair, building or what have you that I placed.
