So I ran across these in my purge (attached). I can't for the life of me remember where or when I got these, but it had to have been 20 years or so ago. The Overland/Underground Encounters and Deepdelves are by Clint Bigglestone of Fantasy Factory. Dungeon Features is by Russell Sip(e?) of Fantasy Factory, and the Geomorphic Modules and New Technological Item cards are by Fantasy Art Enterprises and appear to be signed by Otus in '98.
Does anyone know anything about these? I can do some research but I prefer to ping the brain trust first.
