I have a second printing of The Arduin Grimoire Volume 1, and on the inside front cover, it has been stamped (a rubber stamp) "NOT FOR SALE IN U.S.A."

This suggests some sort of official import by a non-US retailer. (I'm in the UK.) Games Workshop would be the obvious suspect as far back as 1977. Anyone know any more about this?
