A couple years ago I bought Trollcrusher #3 on eBay, but have never been certain whether it was complete. I suspect it isn't, and I'm curious what parts are missing. Notably it has no obvious cover page that says Trollcrusher, nor any kind of editorial or contribution details from Bryan Ansell (which I have seen on an earlier issue).

Can any of you confirm the contents of issue 3, the page count, or whether it came with a cover?

Here's what I got, in front-to-back order, with numbers below indicating relative page numbers in the stapled set (because there are no actual page numbers):

1: Asgard Miniatures ad
2: blank
3-4: Creeping Woffle (Dave Waring)
5: Imploading Rune mk. 1A (Paul Blackwell)
6-10: Mithrandir Rules, OK? #2 (Mark Gleeson)
10: (bottom half page) untitled (Ian Wishart with comment from the editor or Steve)
11: blank
12: Whom the Gods Destroy (Malcolm Griffiths)
13: Stop The Dungeon I Want To Get Off! #3 (David Row)
14-15: Tales From Khorshemish And The Scarlet Citadel #1 and #2 (Nigel Clarke)
16-17: Voyage To Skull Island Or There And Back Again (author? maybe part of preceding)
18-21: Colour Mages (originally appeared in The Wild Hunt #9) (Peter Aronson)
22-24: The Seventh Hell Of Wurmwold #1 (David Michael Friedman)
25-29: Miuvdus Vuct Delepit (Mike Cule)
29: (bottom half page) Quickie From Steve
30-34: I Have No Stoat And I Must Breed (Jon Noble)
34: (bottom half page) complaint letter from Franky
35: The Rundin Chronicle (Gary Slack)
35: (bottom half page) Personal Insperation (Steve Fitzwater)
36: blank

Incidentally the various half-pages all appear to have been typed by the editor (presumably Ansell), and 35 might suggest it continues to 34, due to running out of space, and a shared last & first line of content (“Dear Trollcrusher”)

The one I got was TC#3 by itself.

There was a combined TC#1 + TC#5 though, from the same seller. The forums captured the listing here:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

... it didn't capture the listing photos, but I saved those if you need them for some reason.

Hi, I think I have a complete copy of Trollcrusher 3 and the contents according to my page numbers (no actual page numbers in the issue) are:
1        Front cover                                                        Paul Sulley
2        Untitled (Editorial)                                                Bryan Ansell
2        Hagar the Horrible (Cartoon)                                Dik Browne
3        Advert                                                                Asgard Miniatures
4        Blank page
5        Creeping Woffle                                                Dave Waring
7        Imploading Rune mk. 1A                                        Paul Blackwell
8        Mithrandir Rules OK? #2                                        Mark Gleeson
10                Good and Evil
11                Marx Rools
12        Untitled (Monsters)                                                        Ian Wishart
13        Visions 2                                                        Graham Buckell
14        Whom the Gods Destroy…                                        Malcolm Griffiths
15        Stop the Dungeon I want to get off No.3                        David Row
16        Tales from Khorshemishand the Scarlet Citadel no.1        Nigel Clarke
17        Tales from Khorshemishand the Scarlet Citadel no.2        Nigel Clarke
18        Voyage to Skull Island or There and Back Again        Nigel Clarke?
20        Colour Mages                                                Peter Aronson
24        The Seventh Hell of Wurmwold #1                        David Michael Friedman
27        Miuvdus Vuct Delepit                                        Mike Cule
31        …Quicky From Steve        …                                Steve Fitzwater
32        I have no Stoat and I must Breed                                Jon Noble
36        Letter from Franky                                                Steve Fitzwater
37        The Rundin Chronicle                                        Gary Slack
37        Personal Insperation                                        Steve Fitzwater
38        Blank page

Steve Fitzwater did all the typing for the early Trollcrushers but got a bit aggrieved about this as he was not a fan of D&D.
Paul Sulley drew the front cover.

Bryan Ansell, Paul Sully and Steve Fitzwater started up Asgard Miniatures and quickly dropped Trollcrusher, handing it on to Dave Row (issues 7 onwards). Bryan soon left Asgard Miniatures and set up Citadel Miniatures with funding from White Dwarf (Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson) and the rest is history.
