I picked this up with a bundled lot of gaming materials and was wondering if anyone had a value for it.  Apparently it was the very first rpg item Bob Liddil ever made and sold at a convention, sparking his gaming career.  The only reference I can find on the internet about it is here on this forum: Certificates of Survival.  Has anyone sold these?  What could one expect to sell one for?  Thanks!

I think I found my answer on ebay.  They have the entire kit of eight different sheets on BIN for $40.  Makes this worth less than $5 on its own, I guess.  Nice little curio piece, and something I intend to hang onto.  Thanks!
