About a quarter to a third of the titles are separate titles bound in one volume together. And not bound in a handmade cover, nor is the binding that of a library rebound that I've ever witnesssed. The spine of the bound folios has the original spine of each single bound volume in a row with each of the other spine covers.

Someone went to a lot if trouble to remove the printed spine cover from each volume and then aligned and glued this remade printed paper cover to the spine and cover.
