Did anyone else have this?  Advertised in mid-80's Marvel Comics?

100 different letter-sized pages of b&w maps of little interest, but it came with another part (the Special Encounters mentioned in the ad?) that had some good traps & monsters.

I think it was by some guy named Randy(?) and his mom (or sister), did the proof-reading?
