Where to find GURPS PDFs for sale?

I'm looking for the ultra-rare OOP GURPS book The Prisoner.  I don't really want to pay $50 for a crappy copy on eBay.  Are there any sites that sells GURPS PDFs?  I've checked Warehouse 23, RPGNow, and DriveThruRPG.  Bookfinder did return some results, but the prices were too high.  I'm not a GURPS player, I just need it for background material.

If it's not at e23, then no legal copy exists.

On the plus side, it looks like actual prices of this are way down, and you may be able to get one in the $20-25 range with some patience and luck.


Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

GURPS The Prisoner is a licensed product whose license expired years ago. As a result, no PDF version exists because Steve Jackson Games wouldn't be allowed to sell it. For the record, that's a very nice copy of it, with a nearly pristine cover compared to mine that has seen scuffing and has been used.
