I have purchased DL1-5 from a couple different sellers.  Here is what I have for the large folding Map inserts:
DL1 = No map
DL2 = No map
DL3 = Map of the Lands of Abanasynia
DL4 = Map of the Kingdom of Thorbardin
DL5 = No map

I think DL1-4 are correct, but I think DL5 is missing a map.  When I look in the TOC at the beginning of DL5, it lists an insert map for the Continent of Ansalon.  I assume this is a large folding map that should come with DL5, right?

yes there is a map with it, so if you havent got it, then the item is incomplete!

Good point.  To be honest, I got the module for $1.25!  The rest of it's in great shape - just missing the map.
