I am not buying this for collecting but to use and the price is right. However after reading some unflattering remarks about the vendor I wanted to get a second opinion from you folks.

If I was going to pay almost $16 for a 1st or 2nd print (Lizard Logo) Monster-Trasure Assortment Level 3, then I ask them to clarify some things first.

I would ask them to E-Mail a picture (or several) and a complete and accurate description specific to that exact item.

At least let you know which print it is and if there is writing on any of it, or torn/missing pages, etc....

That is easy to do by describing the product list for this same item on the back page...

They should agree to do so.

I would guess this will turn out to be a 2nd or perhaps even later print.

If it was a 1st print I think T&T would most probably have it listed at a much higher price.

You should probably try to find a later print that is used but complete and still in decent condition.

I have sold several sets of M&TAs on E-Bay for less than $10 on a few occasions.

Much to my never ending shame and saddness... these items simply do not command high prices.



Is this M&TA set the only one you have left to get?

In that case, I would likely ask those questions and probably buy it if the answers semed good to you.
I aint afraid to buy from T&T as long as I was sure what I was buying, or was willing to risk my X amount of dollars on what might not be exactly what I wanted.

For higher priced items, there is no way I would even bother unless I got my questions answered first.
