Yes, the Diablo Fast Play exists but is very difficult to find.  The last one on Ebay went for around $100.

Because most were thrown away.  This was the toughest ofthe fast play to find.

I have the Minotaur and Wyvern modules, bought them many years ago. I acquired the Fast-Play game rules last year for 60 bucks on ebay and crypt of the smoke dragon a few weeks ago for 25 bucks!

Fast-play diablo is the last of these fast-play rules booklets I want but never saw it for auction and wondered if it had ever been printed. I will keep checking periodically.

Minotaur and Wyvern are very mass produced probably $10 or less each.  I generally think of the Free Fast Play Rules book as being around $25 (its what I bought my first copy for and have sold a couple others at) - $60 sounds high.  Crypt of the Smoke Dragon is harder to find - I think it might have been a 1 or 2 per game store more intended for instore use.  I would probably price it $30 or so.  The Diablo one is the rarest of the bunch and goes  for well $100 in about the only auction I have seen for it.

Slightly off tangent here, but since we're talking about Diablo, I've got a copy of Diablo II: The Awakening? What kind of value would it have if it were in pristine condition?

Because the Diablo II Fast Play booklet is crap (my not-so-humble opinion) that was tossed in the garbage by most people for good reason and the R modules are actually fun to play.

As a free promo item, less were probably produced.  An yes, as a free item most people didn't care what happened to it - lost it, tossed it out if they didn't like it.  Also, probably several were picked up by nongaming people and discarded, etc.

Its a lot easier to discard something that was free than even a module you paid $10 for.
