I have a large fold out TSR map, with a date of 1988 on the edge, but have no idea to which book/game it belongs.

Other names on the map are:
Neverwinter Wood
The Evermoors
Lurkwood
The High Forest
The Fallen Land

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I believe it is from The Savage Frontier accessory.

If so there should also be a 9233XXX0701 or 9233XXX0702 someplace near the map's edge, either within the map or along the border.  Don't have mine available at the moment so can't check.
