Nice pics, guys.

For those who have not met me before I'm in the gray t-shirt in the PHOOOOOOOEBUS pic. Shawn's laughing his ass off at me because I'm fustrated at why the wind kept calling my character's name. Rob was a fantastic DM. I played in three games this year: Tim Kask's, Rob's, and Marks (Bracton) all were great DMs and gave us great games.

Here are some pics of the "TSR Founders Statue". Measures about 7" tall x 6.5" deep x 5.5" wide. I don't have a mail scale big enough but it probably weighs around 10lbs. Standard D20 shown for scale.

Al,

It was great. Rob (the DM) was very good. Malc his wife and Devon and Shawn were great to have a game with. Lots of distractions in the room and the house.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a TSR Founders Statue, thanks for the pics! Do you know how many exist? From the inscription, it would seem only two, one for Gygax and one for Blume... It's simply amazing, congrats on acquiring such an incredible piece.

Cool statue!

It seems like that subset of TSR stuff, "other"company goods (includes signs, staplers, gold watches, stuff WOTC recovered from the old TSR refrigerator, other memorabilia) has substantial value!

Just kidding about some of that stuff! Or am I

As to the number of statues: it was said at the auction that they believe only two exist.

So much for the idea being to get best $ for the seller?

$460 apparently.

(Which is kinda crazy IMO compared with $270 for a TSR Bo5A, $200 for a UK Blue book, the same for a SW'd Silver Anniversary box & $175 for a non-mint EPT).
