Just finished my first transaction to New Zeland (yay, land of Hobbits!).  Package travel time was 6 days (7 if you count the space/time continuum issue of the dateline). Granted it was priority mail but it still irks me that I can't get that something to Canada faster than that.  My wife shakes her head and tries to explain (yet again) that trucks move slower than planes and that I should be happy that things arrive at their destination without being mangled.

Stoopid logic...wins every time.

So I guess the whole point of this would be; what's your fastest intercontinental shipping time (small boxes, not elephants)?

Being healthy is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.

Regardless of time, I was recently quoted for a package that cost around $5AUS to mail to the UK. Annoyingly, thats half the costs that someone in the UK would post to me.  8O
