I'd trust juliabulia (the seller), though they could have been fooled into buying something that is not genuine.

I'd suggest it is a genuine sale of a unique item, but it if its mainly photocopies, maybe the price is heavy..

The structure and format looks similar to other early (pre-1978) GenCon tourneys I've seen, FWIW.
