Hi All,

I have decided NOT to have a trade Booth at Gencon Indy this year specifically for me - but does anyone want to band together and share one?

If I book before the end of Feb then its slightly cheaper (rebook rate), plus there are a few other advantages.

Anyone interested?

If so, please PM me.

Cheers,
malc

We are. We could sell off alot of extra D&D and RPG stuff and maybe make some $ or at least clear some shelf space. We have several old TSR display shelves we could bring. Maybe get a sign made to say "ACAEUM Vintage D&D Collectibles" or something. Would also be a good place for Acaeum members to meet and hang.

I would be interested in assisting at the booth.

Interested, but won't know if I'm going until the last minute due to several conflicting dates on my wife's vacation.  Wish I could though, the "Acaeum" booth sounds like a real winner,  but I won't be able to plan anything until June/July with any certainty.....

Hi All,

thanks to everyone who has expressed an interest in this.

I can fully appreciate that this is an uncertain time, and therefore people don't want to commit at the moment.

I have had definites from the Burntwires, so me and them have decided to go ahead and book a booth between us.

If 2 more people wish to jump in later on to split the cost then that would be great - but it will have to be "first come first served for this" I'm afraid.

Cheers,
Malc

I appreciate all your work on this. I just can't be sure. There is this fine line between wanting to be there and work getting in the way...my perenial problem as of late...

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

hi,

got our booth placement - not where I wanted, but I guess all the good spots went to the "long timers".

On a plus, we are on a corner opposite the male toilets. At least, I THINK thats a plus :)

Cheers,
Malc

Did they give you a booth number yet?  I want to make sure we stop by and check out what's available.

Looks nice and close to the front doors so that's a plus.  I'll see you there.

Hi,

well, remember to mention who you are - look forward to meeting you! :)

We arent that far from Crazy Egor and goodman Games, so fairly close to the action.

Cheers,
Malc

i definately won't be able to make GenCon this year - too many things just not making it possible for me.

sad really as i have enjoyed the last two years immensely, but i will be trying to sort something for next year.

hope it all goes well for you again Malc!
