For those who own a 1st printing of S1, are are the six possible locations from Greyhawk all enumerated in that printing (which predates the 1980 GH set by 2 years, in theory)?

On page 2 (1st print), left hand column:

"Possible Locale of the Tomb:

1) The highest hill on the Plains of Iuz
2) An island (unmapped) in the Nyr Dyv
3) in the Bright Desert
4) At the western border of the Duchy of Geoff
5) Somewhere in the Vast Swamp south of Sundi
6) On an island beyond the realm of the Sea Barons"

The World of Greyhawk is mentioned on the same page, right hand column.[/b]

Thanks Stephen:  I figured it was probably the same content, since the cover blurb still mentioned the GH map, but thought it was worth confirming :D
