Just an FYI, in case anyone's been tracking this (I don't see any bids yet), the auction has both a photo/scan of an early print of a PHB as well as a detailed description that it's a first print.  However, I contacted the seller to get some more specific info, and he responded that the book states "6th Printing" on the title page. (He also has another later print PHB with the Easley cover).  I have not heard back since I followed up about whether he has an actual photo of the item.
