Hello Everyone,

Would like to know where it was published.  Here are some clues from the auction:  



"in the role playing game "BIRTHRIGHT."

The art is signed by Walter Velez and dated '95.

This piece of art was number 33 and was published on page 78."



I do not collect the Birthright line, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's from the Birthright Campaign Setting rulebook (TSR3100), "Book 1: Atlas of Cerilia" on page 5.
