4e seems like it was just published to me because I haven't thought about it, or 3e or 3.5 so they all seem new.

Is there a list of 4e products, both from WOTC (which should be available on their website) but more importantly, a list of 3rd party 4e items.

I know that Goodman has gone in for 4e, but who else?

Mongoose Publishing has, though I don't know if they have anything out yet.

Not counting the preview material, the official WotC list that I know of is:

PHB
DMG
MM
Core Rules Giftset (which contains the above three books).
H1, H2, H3
Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide
DM screen
Character sheets
Deluxe dice.  (Yeah, they're obviously a rip-off.)

Nope.  Paizo isn't going 4e, hence the entire Pathfinder thing.

No Paizo, no necromancer.

Goodman, is it two items out? DCC#53 and was there a games day module?

Was there a WOTC 4e gamesday adventure?

Hrm.  No idea.

That reminds me: also the free WotC adventure from Free RPG Day, and there are a few adventures from store demos.  The latter are going to be the difficult ones to find.

I can't speak to Paizo's plans, but Necromancer *is* going to release 4e stuff. There's a blurb about it at the top of their web site:

No, NG is unsure if Tegel is going to be made due to the current wording of the GSL. So, they're waiting to see what changes are made before proceeding. Unfortunately, it appears the main contact for them has been let go...

Yay, huh.

Here, evidence, with emphasis:

Orcus / Clark Peterson wrote:Without going into too much detail, right now Necro can't adopt the GSL as is. That means no Tegel from us. I've had this conversation with Bob Jr. Though granted the right to publish it, its not my goal to jeopardize JG to make me a few bucks. As I see it, if we publish Tegel under the current GSL that endangers JG's continued ability to publish non-GSL based products. I am never going to do that to JG. I am waiting to see what this "revised" GSL is going to look like. Now, I think I might be able to guess a few of the tweaks. But I still have concerns that Tegel may not be able to be done as a legal matter through Necro. Its all about licensing at this point. And I, too, am waiting to see this new GSL.

From this link on their forums.

Treasure of Talon Pass was the Free RPG Day adventure.

The 4E demo adventures that I know of are:

Into the Shadowhaunt
Escape From Sembia
Return to the Moathouse
Blackdread Caverns
Death in the Skyfire Wastes
Honor Bound
