Reshrink or just some bending during storage?

At a first glance, the shrinkwrap appears genuine.

yes, the shrink itself seems so... you can try to find the air holes on the plastic surface for a confirmation...

my doubt is not related to the shrink bu to those thin ceases on the spine... how is it possible to have them when item is still in shrink?  :?:

Exactly...the left lower staple appears to show signs of wear too (*edit* wait I take that back, its probably because of the crease, the cover wouldnt have a staple correct?), as well as the upper left section of the cover...something I would think you would only see if the item had been used.  Its hard to tell because of the background it was photographed on.

Modules can still bend quite a bit while in shrink, hence the creases.  I'd say the shrink is genuine, btw.

After selling well over 100 original shrink TSR items in the past few months, I agree, from that picture, the shrink looks genuine. Those spine creases are easily caused by improper grabbing of the module; shrink or no shrink you can crease a spine real easy.

Some amazing things can happen to modules that have never been removed from shrinkwrap. I had a gamma world module warped into an S shape in shrink and a case of boot hill modules curved into U's. Shrinkwrap doesn't guarantee that the module won't be bent and it also isn't proof against moisture damage.
