Don't stack em!!!!

If you live in a dry climate just put the box on end in a shelf bagged.  As long as you do not play toss the box it should be just fine.

I usually find some foam, and some Styrofoam and insert them into the box, and then stand the box upright, against another, in a bookshelf, with just a smidgen of bubble-wrap between to keep them from rubbing each other. But, I only do this for the things I have that are worth it, which, for me, isn't a whole lot.

1) Cut the cover off the box top (Bottom too if it includes important data, such as contents list).

2) Toss the rest of the box into the garbage bin.

3) Place the box top (Bottom too if kept from step one above) inside a sealable baggy along with the rest of the contents of the set.

4) Let all the air out and seal the bag.

5) Place the baggy on your shelf, and dont worry about stacking, since crushing the box is no longer a concern.

No problems with empty air now and the storage space needed is much smaller.

This is how I store mine, too.  Presumably it's the way they were intended to be stored (as Paul pointed out in another thread).  But I've always wondered whether, over time, the booklets inside the box would become warped from standing on end in the box.
