I just got a copy of Gaz10 - The Orcs of Thar based on good things I read about it.  I am a bit confused, though... maybe someone here who knows this supplement can answer this...

It appears that everything is in great shape and complete... EXCEPT... The table of contents mentions that the pullout section (ORCWARS!) is on page 23 of the DM booklet. I looked in the DM booklet and it jumps from page 22 to page 27. Are there supposed to be pages here that I am missing? Are there rules or something for the Orcwars game that are supposed to be here? OR.. are the Orcwars map and cardboard counters supposed to ACTUALLY BE these missing pages?

My Gaz10 did come with the DM's book, the players' book, a large foldout map (double-sided) and two pages of unpunched counters for the Orcwars game.

Anyway... am I actually missing anything or is that just how the supplement is presented? It all seems complete except for the mystery of those missing pages. I don't want to complain and demand a refund if everything is kosher. Please help.

~Kat ^_^

Unfortunately you are missing the four pages of instructions for the orcwars game. They are un-numbered in the copy I am looking at.

Ah!  Thank you very much.  Are the pages stapled into the book or loose from the booklet?

The pages are folded in half (single sheet) and stapled. No numbering and they are orangish colored like the first pages of the Players Book.

My copy is missing 3/4 of the cardboard pieces to the OrcWars game.

Check out this site for some good general info on TSR stuff.

http://home.flash.net/~brenfrow/

Not a perfect site, but it usually does a nice job of listing everything that should be included in a module.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

Thanks.  I actually use that site quite often.  :)  Good resource.

Unfortunately, it didn't seem to have enough info for this situation, but I had a feeling that you guys would know it.  :)

Now for my dilema... do I return the item and wait for another one that is 100% complete or do I try to get the missing pages elsewhere?  I guess the issue is... how hard is it to get something like that?  For instance, does anyone here have those pages and would be willing to part with them?

I would think it would be easier for you to get another book in good condition with the missing pages than to be like me and try coming across an unpunched cardboard insert...

Why is life so much like running a 3rd lvl Elf through a 10th lvl dungeon.
