I recently won some some Ebay auctions from a seller in Italy that doesn't take PayPal and only accepts payment in Euros.   Would one of our European members be able to assist me?

You should ask to an Italian member because international transfer, even in Euro zone is very expensive for us. Perhaps alexander?
