Actually its just priority mail now..one set of boxes, envelopes, service for the countries that take it.  Been a bit since I've shipped to the UK though so not sure how the insurance works.

Although the description indicated the box was heavily worn that was still a decent price for a 2nd printing!

You have three options. Postage s based on weight not box size.

USPS Global Express Guaranteed,

 up to 0.5lb            $37.00
>0.5 to 1.0 or less   $49.00
> 1.0 to 2.0 or less  $56.00

USPS Express Mail International

 up to 0.5lb            $25.00
>0.5 to 1.0 or less   $30.50
> 1.0 to 2.0 or less  $34.75

USPS Priority Mail International

 up to 0.5lb            $20.00
>0.5 to 1.0 or less   $24.00
> 1.0 to 2.0 or less  $28.00

If the seller buys the postage online there is an 5% discount. All have insurance options.

I find it interesting that it is called indemnity coverage in one section and Insurance in the other, but both seem to offer the same type of coverage.
