Ok, it arrived today, so I wanna review what's in it... guess I can get the camera out should I need to post some pics...

Based on the details here about the 1st print... this is a 1st print. (VG to F) depending on how you class the box.. books are VF

The "Reference Sheets" do not have a "cover" like later Ref Sheets ie: the Dungeons & Dragons logo on the outside... instead it's 6 pieces of paper (not 5) and 3 are printed on both sides and 3 are printed on one side.. then all folded together... don't know if this is normal or not.

Also, the "Correction Sheet" is present in this copy.

..... below is additional info on other stuff I got in the lot ...

The first White box in the lot is a 5th print box (G)... the books are 6th print books (F). The Men & Magic booklet pages are cut way way bad from the printer... pages 17-20 in the center of the book are a good 1/4" shorter as in stapled up from the bottom... and the 1/4" is missing from the top of the page thus cut into the words and the 1 on page 18 is cut off... nasty job on this booklet

The 3 volumes of the Arduin Grimoire set are in NM condition... really nice stuff

The second white box is a 6th print OCE in (VG box) books (F-VF) ...

The Dragon # 1 is NM as is the Dungeon #1 and most of the Strategic Reviews (it is all 7 of them) only one looks a bit used...

The supplements are all "common" and have been used as well, some more than others... but mostly in the VG to Fine... as is the 8th print Chainmail.

I'd like to see the Arduin stuff.

Oh, forgot I put pics of the Woody there, that was for someone asking to buy it so I made pics...

The Correction sheet was in the center of the Ref Sheets "booklet". It appears to be of the same paper as the Ref Sheets, but I agree, a photo copy none the less... looks like some copier lines along the top edge and bottom right.... maybe the Ref Sheets were also "copies" back in teh day when these things were put together by hand ?

Thanks for the very thorough pics, Doug.  Looks like some nice stuff you won there.  But we all know you BINned it for the Dragon #1.   :D
