I just picked up an(other) OCE and I noticed that Underworld and Wilderness Adventures appears to be miscut.  It is narrower at the top than the bottom, and about a quarter inch narrower at the top than the other books.  Has anyone else seen this error?

You're talking about the pages, not the text on the pages right? Mine is perfectly rectangular, but the text is a little misaligned in some places.

Yes.  The pages are miscut and the book itself is not perfectly rectangular.
