hey guys, well i took some pics so will stick em in here. they are just uploading to my pc and then onto photobucket. so once they are there, i will put the links on here.

i have made the pics smaller as they are all in very hig res and massive sizes, so they shouldnt be too bad now, so be warned if youre gonna go look at them ok?

pics to follow very shortly,

Al

4-5 blocks?

I had a blister as big as my fist after 2 blocks.....

Unbeliveably, all we did was eat out, and I had a bacon cheeseburger at our favorite little diner everyday for BREAKFAST, and I STILL lost a couple pounds when I weighed myself at home when I got back...apparantly, walking a lot is GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!

OK ... heres a thought for you then.

Why don't you come to Gen Con isn Queensland 2008. The benefits are:

1. Gaming

2. Lots of beaches with associated scenery

3. Al and I can set up a training program to get you back in shape so I don't have to hear anymore complaints whinging about blisters the size of footballs.

Yikes!!!  That first one of me you can almost see all the way up my pantleg.  Thank goodness I wasnt wearing a kilt or going commando.  8O

Not that I ever "go commando" mind you.  It chafes.
