I have a misprinted Fiend Folio. Pages 65-80 are missing, while 81-96 appear twice. I see that the resource pages give detail on this kind of stuff for the early core books, but not FF or anything later. Does anyone know the history of this book's printings?

This was more common than you might think in the books produced during this period.  Quality control was not good and they churned out a bunch of them.

I don't think it'll get bought for $60, to say nothing about the water damage
