Monstrous Manual First (1993): White cover with TSR Angled logo.  [picture] Second: Unknown. Third (1994): White cover with TSR Dragon logo.  [picutre] Fourth - Sixth: Unknown. Seventh (1996): Cover has been redone in the newer black cover style, in line with the revised Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master Guide.  [picture]  Obviously lots of holes to plug in here!
