Wow, a wonderfull building. But I would rip out all those flashy lights and replace them with classy old lanterns , this electric stuff looks horrible on such a wonderfull house. Now if that thing would be located in Switzerland I'd be there in a minute :D

Well, you could buy everything inside, but the building itself will be razed.

They're gonna build the Temple of Elemental Evil condo on its place.
