A wayward son returns!

Hey, everybody, I have a question. I know in 2004 or thereabouts WoTC did a limited run of art on canvas, like the piece listed here:

Wizards Of The Coast 2004 Efreeti Limited Printing 148/250 20x26" | eBay

I know there is an Efreeti by Matt Cavotta, Battle Over Sharn by Wayne Reynolds, Wrath of Manshoon by Adam Rex, and a Tiamat by Wayne Reynolds. I am 95% sure there was at least one more of these, and I cannot find out what it is (or if there are even more). Trying to complete my collection, still missing the Tiamat and the presumed fifth piece that I cannot remember.

If anyone can point me in the direction of some general info on these or to which piece I am not remembering, that would be grand. Appreciate the assist.

Btw, a long time ago a friend of mine had the original painting of this Wizard illustration hanging on his wall. I'm fairly certain it's by Matt Cavotta. So I think this ebay auction title and description is wrong and it's not by Greg Staples.
