So I just obtained a DMG but it is not matching any of the printings.

236 Pages, Yellow Orange, The "D" in advanced runs off the page.  ISBN is on Spine and back cover.

Yellow Orange pages a "D" running off page would indicate a 1st print.... however the ISBN would indicate a 5th print.... The 236 pages make it a 6th print gamma... But the yellow orange cancels that.

What am I missing or is it like a 5th print gamma that is not described?

Mike's answer is likely the correct one, according to what The Acaeum refers to as the 6th (Revised Edition) printing.

Check to see if the last page has been removed.

Does it have everything else that described as added/changed in the 6th printings?

A year later I am back to this topic as I am still trying to ID this DMG.  According to the printing ID:

Sixth Gamma  (1980)

Endpapers and flyleaves are white

The text on the spine is aligned to the "bottom" of the spine, rather than being centered.  This is possibly due to the printer using a slightly thinner cover and/or page stock, resulting in a thinner overall book

No survey form, and reference sheets are NOT perforated

236 numbered pages

This print is otherwise identical to the Sixth Alpha print, above

The issue is that it has 236 pages but has yellow flyleaves... There is no description that has yellow flyleaves and 236 pages.  Every other printing has a different number of pages either 232 or 238.... The 6th print Gamma is the only that has 236 pages.

All help and speculation is appreciated.
