Received mine yesterday. Pre-ordered it through Amazon. Did same for Jon Peterson's updated and soon to be re-issued Playing at the World.

Got mine from Amazon.
In many ways I am fully aware how dull it probably is, nevertheless I pretty much stroked it and called it "my precious" when I took the shrink off!

You can never have too much of something you didn't need in the first place.
