Finally after many years I have the chance to compare 1st and 2nd printings of the Greyhawk Folio.
The difference is even more sublte than what is described in the Acaeum page!
Hereby a pic which compares the two covers and a close-up of the only relevant detail useful to detect the print run on the cover... I added a  piece of paper aligned with the top of the green/yellow shield to let you perceive what is the real difference: it is a matter of a couple of millimeters!
Should Scott find it useful, he can use these pics in the page in order to let the readers understand better this detail.
Any other comment is more than welcome!

Yep, the smaller copyright mark stands out. Its the best way to tell the difference. Great picture!

I always thought the fonts for the copyright date were easier to distinguish than the height difference.


Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

Sure, but you often have not this option available being necessary a close-up!

...and thanks to the comparison, i have now a clearer idea of the printing differences so that i spotted a new listing with a low bid a ending today:


** expired/removed eBay auction **


...grab it as it is in nice conditions!
