On the inside cover of my AC1 Accessory The Shady Dragon Inn, the map printed on the inside of the cover of my copy is printed upside down. Was this the case for all of these or have I got an oddity?

No, that's a printing defect.  Doesn't really increase the value, likely decreases it.
