Kent seemed like a nice enough guy, albeit a bit busy. He prints these off at home on his home printer, and either staples or spiral binds them, and then ships them out. Homebrew photocopy quality stuff. At least that's what the stuff was like back when I was collecting. I haven't been in touch with him since though, so don't know how things are going.
There was also a big fold out map akin to the ones you used to get from JG for City State.

Quality of writing appeared fair at best. Dry, with little real character or distinction from every other homebrew. Loki's Wine as I recall had potential.
There is far greater quality in the OSR than the unsuccessful writers of yesteryear, in my opinion, but as far as 'collectables' go, these tread the line between obscure small press and no-one cares homebrew very finely.

His prices don't seem to have changed much either, if he still holds those prices. For me, being in the UK, they are not worth the shipping. He'd be better served posting them for sale on Drivethru RPG where I'd buy the PDFs and others can buy PoD. They would get better print quality, and he wouldn't need to deal with the shipping.

I also picked up the Midkemia press stuff (had a few hiccups there but they were delivered via email).  And I saw the judges Guild Wilder lands & CSIO map was available from drivethru.  Gotta say there's a lot of megs packs in each of those.  I honestly just expected a simple color map and that's it.

Anyway, good to see this and Midkemia aren't dead links.

And there is the encounters program.  The program is free but you need the .lic $2 license and java to get it to work fully.  Now my computer is a HP envy laptop that came with win10 and is updated.  The new java you need (as old isn't supported) is the Java Oracle

Pretty simple and I don't believe you can edit anything in its preset tables.  So, you could construct better but for a quickie it is fine.
