The check i did today for the ref sheets topic allowed me to seize a detail which i have never realized till today.

I have 3 OCE, all of them catalogued as 6th print (according to the printing differences in the Acaeum page, the 6th print has prices in the catalogue at the end of vol.1 whereas the 7th print has no prices in the same page).

The new detail is that i have two sets with the same layout of the last page of vol.1 while the third OCE has a different layout. This, to my eyes corresponds to two different printings (pls correct me if i am wrong).

I kindly ask you to check yours and in case we could ask Scott to update the OCE print runs. Should I be correct in what i found, i'd say that the page on the left should be a 6th "alfa" since the price of War of Wizards is referred to the zip-lock bag while the page on the right should be a 6th "beta" since the price of the same game is higher and referred to the boxed set (which came later).

Any thought? Or confirmation?

Unfortunately i have no 7th prints to see tha catalogue page without prices...

Maybe people are confused by your spelling of alpha. Just in case that's what you really meant, the 6th actor to play Alfalfa was Drew Justice in a 2014 direct-to-video remake of the classic franchise, but only if you count Mary Gross' satirical depiction of the the character on Saturday Night Live (opposite Eddie Murphy's Buckwheat). If you are not counting the Saturday Night Live appearance as canonical, then Drew Justice is the 5th Alfalfa. I know, it gets difficult to parse out the details, though I don't think any of these actors originally came in shrinkwrap.

After a month of research (meaning a month spent waiting before digging out my OCE), I can report only that my sole copy of the OD&D box is not the 7th print I thought it was, but a 6th, with a catalog page similar to what you have on the righthand side of your picture. The essential problem is that around here, we only claim to have impressive collections of full print runs to consult, & are actually a bunch of poseurs.

Why have you identified the copy on the lefthand side of your picture as a 6th? It lists Eldritch Wizardry as the latest supplement, but the 6th print is from 1977. Could it be an earlier booklet placed into an OCE box?
