he/she/it is one of the earliest of these scammers. I notice them selling quite a bit of pod at collectors prices but they aren't alone  in this anymore.

Immoral and unethical, but not illegal in any of our countries. Isn't that what business is all about?

I've been toying with an idea but not sure if it goes against any ebay rules:

I was thinking about posting a bunch of BIN myself for POD stuff with something like this in the item description "Why get it cheaper at the printer, Drive Through RPG dot Com, when you can buy it from me for more?!?!?!?!" with the price including shipping for $10 more than I can get it from DTRPG. Then if someone does buy it, I order from DTRPG to my address (to avoid being accused of drop shipping), send it to them, and refund the extra.

It would mostly be about pointing people to the source.

Could m.bublitz or others like them be able to report me to ebay?

Or...
Why pay money to a big corporation? So the CEO can buy a yacht, or another house?
Buy your book from me and help me pay for my daughter's ballet classes.

Or...
Are you dumb enough to buy Print-on-Demand books on eBay?
If so, buy mine. Because I'm not going to rip you off, honest.
