I had this shirt when I was a kid, and it's been killing me for years to know what the design was. I've asked on FB groups, BGG, my circle of fellow nerds, but nobody's been able to tell me, yet. I've been told that y'all are the people to ask, so I'm here askin'! I know it ain't much to go on; that's what makes it a challenge! Definitely an AD&D shirt with the "Fantasy Adventure Game" subhead; I think that red is a dragon.. The picture was taken in '83, I believe... And that's all I've got! Any help would be AMAZING!

Here's another AD&D baseball t-shirt that has similar (but not identical) features, which could be a clue as to the manufacturer of yours, assuming it's from the same product line:

The collar tag reads: "CASCADE MOUNTAIN TEE COMPANY

I wonder if 'CASCADE MOUNTAIN TEE COMPANY' of Kent, Washington did the art, or only manufactured the shirts? Maybe this person on linkedin.com would know: "Lorraine Wyles...Assistant to the Art Department. Cascade Mountain Tee Company. Jan 1983 – May 1984."
