Maybe I am just late to the party but I didn't realise the ancient Egyptians created twenty sided dice.

These are Roman-era dice, numbered from 1-20. Hatshepsut lived over a thousand years before, & would have used 20-siders numbered 1-10 twice.

It's all explained by the opening of the 1975 Saturday morning show, The Secrets of Isis:

'"O my Queen," said the Royal Sorcerer to Hatshepsut, "with this amulet, you and your descendants are endowed by the Goddess Isis with the powers of the animals and the elements. You will soar as the falcon soars, run with the speed of gazelles, and command the elements of sky and earth."'

I think she must have kept her 20-sided dice in the amulet.
