JasonZavoda wrote in goodman games to reprint t1-4:I heard on the piazza that Goodman games announced on twitch that they would be reprinting t1-4 and updating it to 5e as well
dbartman wrote in goodman games to reprint t1-4:Yes, but JasonZavoda mentioned that it will be updated to 5e.
ExTSR wrote in goodman games to reprint t1-4:Nobody's contacted me about it, but that's not surprising. Original 1970s-80s authors get no courtesy from Wizards.
jkason wrote:Frank, why don't you make the first move and give Joe Goodman a call?
ExTSR wrote in goodman games to reprint t1-4:It's about the (5e) money, without honor or ethics. I'm an unperson. My freelance work has been utterly strangled, as well as most of my convention activities. (Happened in Feb 2019 in Lake Geneva, frex.) NTX is 5e-free, at least Doug & Mike are cool.::shrug:: Since Wizards controls hobby gaming with these gangster maneuvers, I'm out of hobby gaming. It was fun, but it's over.
Sea-to-sky-games wrote in goodman games to reprint t1-4:For those with OAR1, 2, 3 or 4, are these "worth" getting at $50 a pop? That is, do you find the historical notes, extra material plus the 5E conversion meaningfully different from the original modules?Apparently OAR6 will be a two volume set. I could see the reprint, fleshing out TOEE and including some missing text from T1 would be a strong add.
