So I have two different copies of 'Spacefarers Guide to Sector Two' content appears identical

1st Picture is Perfect Bound with Phoenix logo on left hand side, with 'Rourkes Diadem' in title

2nd Picture is saddle-stitched with Phoenix logo on right hand side, no Rourkes Diadem in title

Both bear same copyright date, with no apparent distinctions

I'm assuming the 1st picture is a 2nd printing?
