I'm not sure if this Ravens Bluff t-shirt is a homebrew or if it was actually officially (by TSR) sold/given away to the public.  Is anybody here familiar with it?  Thanks!

It's legit.

It's not TSR per se. I forgot the name of the silk screener who originally made these for the RPGA Living City campaign. I have a T-shirt similar to this. If I remember tonight I'll take a picture of it and post it here.
