I just got back from GenCon 51. One of my favorite things to do is hit the auction and bid on things I don't need

I bought one lot auction and found a program from Gen Con XIV in it. Does this have any collector value? It is in pretty good shape; no pages are bent, no writing.

It has value but not a ton. I picked one up for the programs project last year for around $20. They don't pop up very often but I haven't seen many programs go for more than $50.

Definitely within the $25 - $50 range...

Great condition! Values on Gen Con ephemera and collectibles are just all over the place.

I've picked up a lot of unusual things at Cons, but penicillin usually takes care of them.
I'd be curious to know who has the "biggest or best" ephemera collection. I don't recall ever hearing of anyone who was overly interested in items like flyers.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

Randy Porter, The Official GenCon Historian, has to have one of the biggest. We have quite a few programs and such but several other collectors(like Frank) I know have to have more than us.

222 TSR internal memos & letters
135 Personal letters to/from VIG's
100 FRP Miscellaneous (catalogs/flyers/posters etc.)
149 Convention Items/Programs (Gencon 7-8, 11-current minus a couple, Posters of GenCon 11,13,15 etc.)
138 FRP Miscellaneous (non-book stuff like Belt Buckles, Buttons, Medallions, Beach Towels, Chess, RPGA items)
